With that in mind, we developed our wines by the glass and our wine flights in a way that our guests, you, can find the wine and portion size that is most appropriate. All of the wines by the glass are available in a 3-ounce "1/2 glass portion", as well as the full glass, half bottle equivalent and full bottle. So what is a flight? A flight is a collection of wines that share a common thread, such as varietal, producer, or country of origin. Zinc's wine flights include a generous "tasting pour" (3 ounces) of each of the three wines served. We think it is the perfect way to compare, contrast and explore the vast world of wine.
