At an early age, Joe, Paul and Tony Piro
worked at their grandparent's bakery in Lawrence, MA, artfully learning classic baking techniques allowing them to become skilled in the disappearing craft of genuine baking.

In 1985, the Piro brothers opened Piro's Bakery and Pizzeria in Methuen, MA.
They take pride in their family heritage and fill their display cases as many would fill a photo-album, remembering their ancestors by preparing timeless, family recipes to share with their customers
