About UsLocated on the Italian Riveria, Joe and Mamma always enjoyed visiting family and friends in their hometown of Adora, Liguria.
It all began in 1967. Joe Bertolone had been living in England, where he spent much of the mid-sixties learning the art of cooking at an Italian restaurant in London’s famous Piccadilly Circus.
