Burgers (100% Grass-fed Beef)100% grass-fed beef: accept no substitute! our beef tastes different, because it is different than just about all other beef served in portland. dk is one of the very few restaurants serving 100% grass-fed, humanely-raised and pastured beef. our rancher, cory carman, is at the forefront of healthy and sustainable beef production, and you can actually taste the difference her stewardship creates in the sublime flavors of our hamburgers. dk burgers are seared in cast-iron skillets and include a kosher challah bun (a vegan bun can be substituted at n/c), lettuce, tomato, red onion and special sauce (roasted onion aioli), and are served with house-made pickles. add “not-fries” (air-baked potatoes) for $2.50 or yam “not fries” for $3. burgers can be served “naked”, without a bun and with lettuce $0.50 off. substitute gluten-free bun $1.75. double patty on any beef burger, add $4.25.
