Jambalaya

We take Andouille sausage, simmer it with sweet onions and bell peppers, add a dash of Cajun spices and toss with long-grain rice.

Bourbon Street Chicken

As sweet and mild as it gets. We take tender pieces of chicken, slow cook 'em in a sweet brown sauce, and serve it up in a big ol' bayou bowl.
